All our designs and moulds are completely unique and are made from scratch. Unlike other mould manufacturers who buy mould base from outside, we process each and every mould part in-house so that the quality and standards are not compromised.

Different grades of P20, Stavax ESR, Beryllium Copper (Be-Cu Alloy) and others are used so that various properties are achieved and can be incorporated into the mould. These materials help in polishability, neck rings, pinch-offs etc.
